Meet Roshoundra Lynn. Woman, Mother, Educator, Innovator, Humanitarian, Entrepreneur, and so much more.

 Roshoundra is the Founder and CEO of 

KINGDOM BEAUTY EMPIRE LLC( BRAID BOOT CAMP).

 and I AM BEAUTE CULTURE INC. , 

 BBC  was born spring of 2016 in San Diego, Ca 

out of a passion for pursuing purpose. 

As a child  Roshoundra had natural abilities to teach and a desire to be taught. Eventually , She beacme an educator. As an educator,  Roshoundra  dedicated  her life to teaching something Meaningful, Expressive, and Innovative.

Although she is skilled at many things, Her passion for  true Beauty and Braids is where her heart is. It speaks to the very essence of her being. 

As a Licensed Professional ,Cosmetologist, and Educator, Roshoundra learned early on that teaching is (one) of her most dominant skills. 

The Braid, being the foundation of hair and extensions, was perfect. It was the foundation of her start in the Beauty industry.  Over the past 30 years, Its rich history and artistry helped her discover a part of who she is.

Her braids tell a story that she can't help but to share.

" With roots firmly grounded in the rich history of braiding,

 I've dedicated my life to sharing the skills and techniques I learned and developed over the years. The process of becoming can be a difficult yet beautiful place. With that in mind, 

I developed this program to add a since of Value to the student. Ignighting passion, confidence, and developing winning character traits. All while increasing the ability to become entrepreneurs and bridging social economical gaps.

Our private lessons, mentorship programs, and hands on training camps continue to bring an unparalleled educational experience for youth, adults, stylists, educators, and the community throughout the United States and soon Internationally.
